Matthew Weedman and Annie Strader’s collaborative work examines personal history, issues of traditional feminine/masculine gender roles and how these ideals are imbedded in objects, materials, images and sounds.

Their work draws upon research into the histories of early 20thcentury technology, consumer spiritualism, magic and their points of intersection to touch on themes of Illusion, disappearance, absence, and loss.
